REGISTRATION FEES

**Includes admission to scientific program, lunch and cadaver demonstrations/skills lab

Registration is only open to Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons and Otolaryngologists. Proof of Board Certification will be requested.

PAYMENT METHODS

Registration Until July 1st: $1,000

Registration Until Sept 1st: $1,200

Registration Until October 1st: $1500

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be sent to christine@aaronkosinsmd.com

Full refunds will be allowed for cancellations before October 15th, 2020, less administrative expense of $100.

Cancellation from September 16th to October 31st will be refunded 50% of the paid fee.

After October 31st, no refunds will be issued.

 

LIABILITY AND INSURANCE

Registration fees do not include the insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, or cancellations.  The fees also do not include insurance against theft, loss or damage to personal property.  Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance to cover travel, accommodation, cancellation, and personal effects.
